My sister gave me the Beauty Food Bible because I spend a lot of money on skin care products and she is always trying to get me to eat better.

I was skeptical, but willing to give it a try.

Well, I am so glad she insisted that I read it. It’s truly changed my life and the way i think about food and my skin.

After reading the book I am much more careful about what I put in my body because I know it is going to come out on my skin, and let me tell you, I have never looked or felt better.

And my skin, which used to break out around that time of the month, does not freak out around my period any more.

It was really fun and easy to read.

Since my job requires a lot of entertaining, and now I know what to order and drink when eating out.
