This exercise is going to focus on the back of your neck to help you increase your overall height.
Starting in the same position sitting in a chair, focus on the area in front of your nose and raise your hand to your chin.
As you take a deep breath, rest your hand on your chin and breathe out slowly.
While exhaling, you will lightly push your chin to your neck until you feel stretching on the back of your neck.
As soon as you are done exhaling, repeat the exercise three or four more times.
